NEW PARTNERS FOR 2009!
I'm happy to welcome Newton Running and Pacific Fitness to my support group.  Newton Running makes some of the best and more innovative shoes available.  I've trained in a few pair and have always enjoyed them.                                                    2008 Season Wrap-Up:
The season has come to a close and it finished off with the Escape to Bermuda Triathlon on Nov. 2nd.  I had a solid race and competing against the best in the world gave me great prespective as to where I need to improve.  THANK YOU to everyone who has helped this season happen!  I will take a few weeks off and get right back to work preparing for next season.  It's time to shrug off my sophmore slump and start my assult on the top triathletes in the world.  Check out updated race reports, pictures and more on the site and dont hesitate to contact me in the off season!

August Update:

ST. ANTHONY'S:
My traditional season opener has been St. Anthony's for the past three years.  This year it was my third race of the year and I was feeling the effects of three races in four weeks.  Check out updated race reports and pictures from the race!



PATCO CHAMPIONSHIPS:
I had a rough swim (literally and figuratively) and down in Mexico over the weekend.  I ended up 26th in the race, but was able to finish the bike right with the lead pack.  I guess I still need to learn to run!  I'm hoping to use these early races to get myeself into top racing shape.  St. Anthony's is coming up and that is usually my first race of the year!  My race reports page and pictures have been updated.  Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive this season so far.

2008 TRIATHLON SEASON HAS BEGUN!:
I started my season with the Lima, Peru Continental Cup on April 6th.  It was much earlier than I am used to racing, but it was a great experience and a solid first race.  My race report and pictures are up for you to enjoy!  My next race is in Mazatlan, Mexico where I hope to keep up my streak of top 10 finishes!  Stay tuned!


2007 USAT ROOKIE OF THE YEAR!!:
I have been offically awarded the 2007 USAT Elite Rookie of the Year!  I am honored to have won this award and will use it as motivation for the coming year.  Thank you to everyone who has helped me get this far and continue to help me reach for my goals.  I'm training hard and trying to maintain over 50 miles on the run, 200 on the bike and 20k in the pool.  My first race is only 12 weeks away (april 19th)!!!
