New Updates for June:
It's been a busy couple of months!  I've raced four times and made new friends at Great Clips Salons.  Check out the updates throughout the site including new race reports and pictures. I don't race until August, so I'm back to training hard.  Thanks for stopping by!

St. Anthony's Triathlon/ Pan American Champs
I have my first race under my belt down at St. Anthony's Triathlon and it was a rough one!  You can read my race report here.  On the up side, I learned that I have qualified to participate in the 2009 Pan American Championships in Oklahoma City!  I will be racing on May 16th with the top Athletes in North and Central America!  You can find out more about the race by clicking here.  The picture to the left is the result of running a few miles through a few inches of mud with my new Newtons out in Boulder! Sorry Danny!

WSU Med School Aids 5k
I ran my second 5k of the year and came away with my second win.  I averaged 5:23 miles to come in officially at 16:43.  While it is not where I want to be, it is a step up from my 16:51 earllier in the year.  I am in the middle of hard training and with a little rest and some big competition, I hope to possibly sneak under 34 minutes for the 10k at St. Anthony's!  Thanks to Corey Baxter for helping with the run training and finishing a strong second in the race!

2009 SEASON PREVIEW!
The new season is right around the corner!  I've updated my race schedule and the rest of the site to keep it as up to date as possible. I'll be starting the season at St. Anthony's down in Florida with the Mad Dogs.  i plan to race a number of great races this year including a few 70.3 and ITU races.  I've really been working hard over the off season and i'm looking forward to a great year!  If you are interested in getting on my email update list, please let me know at
